For the third straight year, TTEC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), an AI-focused customer experience solutions provider, was named as one of the World’s Top Companies for Women 2023 by Forbes.
In a statement, the company noted that more than half of its management positions are filled with female employees and that TTEC has an employee resource group dedicated to women in leadership that works to foster mentorship, educational programs, networking, and advocacy.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized as a top employer for women once again,” said Shelly Swanback, president of TTEC. “At TTEC, we foster an environment where women from across the globe feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work, enabled by innovative programs, a supportive culture, and inspiring leadership. This commitment to inclusivity was one of the key reasons I joined TTEC and has made it a destination for women seeking impactful work with meaningful career growth opportunities.”
In all, 400 companies across the world received the honor, which is selected on the strength of surveys of some 70,000 women working for multinational corporations across 37 countries.
TTEC also noted that it has been named to other Forbes’ lists, including for America’s Best Large Employers 2023, Best Employers for Diversity 2023, and America’s Best Employers for New Grads 2023.
